Dr. Rajan Pappy is the Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of the Company. He graduated from IIT Madras; Worked as a Professor in IIT Guwahati; Software Engineer in Software industry; Quant in Top notch investment bank Goldman Sachs; Consultant for Hedge Fund; Member in Board of Governors in financial institution; Dean (Research and Development) in IISER; Dean(Academics) in IISER and Indian Institute of Information Technology; President,Technology Business Incubator-IISER TVM and held many more responsibilities at academic and administrative side. His wide expertise as an academic researcher and industrial know how will be the strong foundation for the growth of developing innovative technological products , imparting high value training and consultancy in the areas of financial domain and data science research. Fedsir Technologies may be the first R&D company in India dedicated for developing innovative research and development products exclusively in the domain area of financial engineering and data science research. The future direction of the company will be mentored through international experts in scientific and technological field. The company will be supported by researchers and technocrats in the domain areas. The financial engineers and data scientists working in the company will make it as one of the leading R&D company in the financial and data science research domain. Developing intelligent business decision making system is one of the challenging problems today and data science research play significant role in realizing this objective. Although large investment are made in data and data technology, no concrete solution have not been able to address various problems associated with data science technology. Developing R&D based product in Big data analytics and predictive analytics is one of the primary focus of Fedsir Technologies .
